In the event of a serious accident, those affected and their relatives are dependent on help. Reha Assist supports and advises them in all aspects of rehabilitation, nursing, and home care in order to facilitate their return to everyday life. The services range from nursing advice through to the coordination of renovation measures required to accommodate for barrier-free living. Accordingly, Reha Assist has to contend with a large amount of information and extensive documentation, including expert opinions, correspondence, contracts, assignments, etc.

Integration with Microsoft Dynamics

In 2014, the company switched to digital document management and digital archiving. enaio® allowed the company to digitally map all patient data relevant for treatment as well as assistance services and  consulting processes. All documents and case-related information are now available to relevant employees at a central location. External consultants can access the documents and case files they require thanks to the sophisticated security system. The bidirectional connection to the existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system also makes it possible to optimize commercial processes.
