In order to meet all the challenges a modern health insurer has to tackle in the context of the nationwide social insurance program, BMW BKK launched the ‘paperless office’ project made possible by digital archiving. At its core is an intelligent process and document management solution that was introduced to reduce process costs, accelerate and automate processing, simplify workflows, improve the information and service quality, and ensure the productive use of and high usability of these new IT systems.
