Our series “enaio® blueline tips & tricks” gives you insights into some client functions that can make your day-to-day work with enaio® considerably easier. The subject this time: How can you access regular searches without having to reconfigure them each time?
Completed searches can be saved individually or in combination. The advantage of saved searches: If you regularly search for documents with the same search parameters, you can save a lot of time and effort each time.
The search is displayed in the object search and can be copied to the navigation or opened directly from there. You can save searches with variables. From the combined search forms, you select the fields that are to be presented to you for a search. A new search form is created from these fields and opened during the search.
Saved searches are either executed or can be processed when opened.

Use the “Select icon” button to assign any icon from the selection menu to the search. The function key allows access to the search by means of a short code, consisting of the corresponding key and the other keys CTRL+SHIFT.
Save the search with “OK.” Now you can find this in the “Desktop” directory in the object search.
